This an elegant and functional traditionally sized landing net made with striking woods. 22.5 inches overall, 9 inch handle and a 13.5 x 9.5 inch hoop.
I really don't know a lot about this wood other than it looked cool. The colors of the light and dark just screamed to be made into a net. I added an end cap of caribou and the end result is stunning. Another species added to the 40 different woods I have used for my nets.
All nets have a custom shop made brass eye for attaching the net to your vest or belt. All my nets feature a multi-coat epoxy finish to enhance and protect.
