This net combines the deep purple of purple heart and the white of select, winter cut birds eye Maple. Birdseye Maple comes in two general tones; when cut in the summer months the sap (think Maple syrup) is trapped in the wood and adds a subtle gold tone to the wood and when cut in the winter months the sap has traveled to the root system and the wood has a pale white back ground.
The net measures 24 inches with an 11 inch handle and a 13 x 9 inch hoop, 36 inch circumference.
The net is finished with a deep epoxy finish. All my nets are signed and numbered. A custom landing net in this style with a slightly larger hoop maybe ordered to fit a ghost style net bag. All nets have a custom shop made brass eye for attaching the net to your vest or belt. Also available in other wood selections with similar pricing.
