Large Fly Fishing Net of mixed woods, with added features.

This net is an elegant net to fish.  The net is made of a mix of walnut, cherry and ash. It features a slightly larger hoop (14 x 11 inches) that works well with a "rubber" net bag.  I find when a this type of net bag is placed in a smaller frame there is a trampoline effect most noticeable with larger fish.  

The 10 inch walnut handle has a wet fly scrimshaw with small diamond shaped inlays. It is capped with a deer antler base.  My nets are all signed and numbered.  All nets have a custom shop-made brass eye for attaching the net to your vest or belt. All my nets feature a multi-coat epoxy finish to enhance the color of the wood and protect.
