Medium sized Custom Landing Net with brass wire trout inlay

This hand crafted custom landing net has a 12 x 10 inch hoop with an 11 inch handle.  I look for maple boards with shading and grain that will enhance the inlay.  I then draw each fish on the handle to optimize the position and size.  After hand cutting a fine grove in the handle, I inlay the brass wire to outline the drawing.  I will add details to bring the image to life.   I offer my interpretation of a brown, rainbow and brook trout as choices. 

The landing net is finished with 6-8 layers of epoxy. Available with a slightly larger hoop to fit a ghost style net bag. My nets are all signed and numbered.  All nets have a custom shop made brass eye for attaching the net to your vest or belt.
